After learning about the nature of change, its drivers, sources, and the assumptions we make about it, students are ready to begin considering the impacts of change on the future. Futurists use futures wheels to answer the question, "what might happen if…?" This final foundational lesson will teach college students to creatively extrapolate what might happen in the future based on today's conditions and changes that could influence it.
